Responsible for creating a safe environment for children.

Responsibilities

• To assist in delivering engaging play based activities that support children learning and development
• Help maintain a clean, organised and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors
• Help prepare and serve daily snacks
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and playgroup policies

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Effective communicator with children and adults
• No formal qualifications required as support and training will be provided
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to supervise children and maintain a safe environment
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and adhering to playgroup policies
