Stores and Fleet Coordinator
Job description
Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Stores and Fleet Coordinator. This role is essential to ensuring our maintenance teams can deliver first class service to tenants. You’ll manage materials, tools, PPE and fleet coordination, helping technicians achieve first time fixes and keeping our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and organise deliveries of materials, tools, and PPE.
- Issue stock to technicians to support first time fix performance.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support stocktakes.
- Coordinate fleet servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance, construction, logistics, or service-based environment.
- Experience in stores, stock control, or logistics environment.
- Ability to use IT/database systems and maintain accurate records.
