Training Coordinator
Job description
We are seeking a Training Coordinator for our Client, based in Mallusk.
Responsibilities
- Proactive management of training matrix including planning, recording and validation of training
- Ensuring compliance to legislative and audit requirements
- Custodian of training records
- Producing reports as required
- Monitoring and updating associated budget trackers and managing submissions for training grants/accreditation and any related audits
- Support wider business needs through attendance and actions from site meetings/initiatives/improvement projects
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience of leading L&D strategy in FMCGs
- Knowledge and experience in content creation and CIPD certificate or planning to acquire one
- Previous experience in a Training coordinaton or a similar HR focused role
- Highly IT Literate with a working knowledge of Windows to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong administrative and basic project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience in working within an FMCG, financial or engineering environment
