Commercial Support Coordinator
Job description
As Commercial Support Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery and administration of customer contracts while acting as a key link between customers, operations, and internal commercial teams. You’ll help ensure service delivery runs smoothly, customer issues are resolved efficiently, and commercial information is managed accurately. This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administration, coordination, customer service, contracts, or commercial support environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and coordination of commercial contracts.
- Liaise with customers to ensure excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with operational teams to support customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract, service, and customer records.
- Prepare reports, service updates, and commercial documentation.
- Monitor customer requests and ensure actions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist with contract renewals, onboarding, and customer account administration.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations.
- Build positive working relationships across internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Carry out Customer site audits and any other reasonable tasks required by the Senior Contracts Manager.
- Participate in training and personal development activities.
- Be flexible in undertaking the duties and responsibilities attached to your role, carrying out any other reasonable tasks as required by Management:
- Delivering excellent customer experiences;
- Ensuring commercial processes run efficiently;
- Supporting operational performance;
- Helping RiverRidge continue to grow as a leader in sustainability and environmental services.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, customer service, or commercial support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting contracts or service delivery operations.
- Experience within waste management, logistics, facilities management, utilities, or environmental services.
- Knowledge of CRM or operational management systems.
