An engineering company is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team based in Lisburn. See below.

Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance for the companies buildings, utilities and external site areas.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Competent in manual tasks, high health and safety standards.
• Literacy and numeracy and IT skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Use of hand tools, use of access equipment, use of work permits and RAMS

Desirable Skills

• Building trade experience desirable.
