Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care.
- Be well organised/professional/caring.
- Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care.
- Care about the community they live in.
Desirable Skills
- QCF Level 3 or above in health and social care.
- Previous paid caring experience.
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.
Further Information
We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Dungiven. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday - Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday We have morning and afternoon rotas available beginning 07:00 - 18:30 For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the bed rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.
