Job description

As a Floor Manager, you'll support the Store Management Team in running day to day operations. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
• Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
• Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
