Agency Coordinator


Job description

Peninsula Care Services is looking to appoint a new role of Agency Co-ordinator to manage our daily staffing operations and customer requirements within our Nursing Recruitment Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Rota Management: Maintain full oversight of staff bookings and rotas, ensuring all shifts are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recruitment & Selection: Assist Management team to lead the interview process for new candidates joining the Nursing Recruitment Agency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all staff placements strictly adhere to client requests and compliance standards.
  • Candidate Skills: Assign staff to temporary bookings based on skill set, experience, and client suitability.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in a weekly on-call rota to provide booking & emergency out of hours support across The Nursing Agency and Domiciliary Care Service.
  • Customer Driven: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, managing requests and resolving staffing challenges with a focus on service excellence.
  • This is an essential role within the agency, responsible for ensuring that our healthcare customers receive consistent, high-quality staffing solutions and staff feel supported, valued, and part of an elite team of healthcare professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service face to face or telephone environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
