You'll be wiring and testing elements of solar PV installations including inverters, batteries and EV chargers. You'll have to maintain accurate records and evidence of work. You'll also need to help customers understand their systems and set up apps for remote monitoring. We're introducing a 4 day on-site week, with a few hours on Fridays for paperwork and prepping for the week ahead. Additional overtime is available. Starting salary is £18 per hour, increasing if you've got previous experience.
Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records and evidence of work.
- Helping customers understand systems and set up apps for monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Electrical qualifications.
- On-site experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills
- 2391 Testing and inspection qualifications.
- CSR, IPAF, Working at Height qualifications.
- Full driving licence.
- Previous solar PV experience.

Due to industry-wide shortages of electricians, we may be able to hire apprentices for this role however due to the nature of work being undertaken, candidates will not be able to fulfil their portfolio requirements exclusively with us.
