Job description

You'll be based in our office in Dromore, Co. Tyrone acting as the first point of contact for customers. You'll need to answer phonecalls and provide information as appropriate. You'll help with day-to-day admin requirements of the business, helping with paperwork for installations across NI & ROI. You'll be helping with finance- uploading purchase invoices to our online accounting platform and ensuring stock orders match customer orders. You'll be supporting our office manager with HR and training admin, ensuring training is up to date and enrolling team members on relevant courses when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Two years' recent office experience.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
