Job description

Location is Dale Farm. As a Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the production area, helping to prepare, pack and process products safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Working on a busy production line. Packing, preparing and handling products in line with site procedures. Checking products meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe. Following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets. Carrying out general production duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team. Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a busy production environment.

Desirable Skills

• Previous production, manufacturing, food production or warehouse experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
