DPMNI Ltd (Diamond Property Maintenance NI) is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are looking for Cleaning Operatives to deliver high-quality service across new and existing residential and commercial sites throughout Northern Ireland. These positions are variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness.
• Builders cleans and "Sparkle" cleans.
• End-of-tenancy and site cleaning.
• Working across both residential and commercial properties.
• Assisting trade teams with internal and external works.
• General property maintenance.
• Maintenance tasks across various residential and commercial sites.
• Window cleaning.
• Any other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Any relevant qualifications

Further Information

Duties will involve working in various different towns in commercial and residential premises, as well as building sites. Hours will vary based on the applicant and will be agreed on prior to starting. Non drivers may be considered however cannot be guaranteed. Enhanced hourly rate paid for drivers. Hourly rate will increase at the end of the probationary period.
