Job description

The Clinical Lead will oversee/manage the delivery of SEFF’s therapeutic services within a multidisciplinary approach, including counselling, life coaching, and will also have input into health and wellbeing casework and complementary therapies. They will be responsible for the management, governance and safe delivery of clinical services, ensuring professional and ethical excellence. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Registered and Accredited Member of BACP (or equivalent), with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in managing a team in the delivery of therapeutic services.
• Experience in managing a clinical team of counsellors, life coaches.

Salary: £36,072 per annum pro rata.
