Job description

The Home Learning Coordinator is responsible for promoting effective early learning at home through direct support to families, building strong relationships with parents/carers, and ensuring links with relevant specialist services (e.g Speech and Language Therapy, Health Visitors, and Nursery / School educators). The role supports the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) by delivering practical, evidence-based home learning activities and facilitating access to tailored services.

• Conduct home visits to engage parents in their child’s learning and well-being.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience working with young children and families in home or community settings.
• Minimum of at least NVQ (level three) in Early Years Education / Childcare with at least three years’ experience in the last five years including home visiting, working in the community/ supporting families.

Further Information

Salary is £31,049 per annum pro rata.
