Home Care Assistant / Domiciliary Care Worker- Driver Required. Location: Lisburn, Hillsborough, Moira, South Belfast and surrounding areas. Various hours/ positions available. Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care and support in clients' own homes.
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting clients with medication, meal preparation and companionship.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be NISCC registered or willing to register before start of employment.
• Requires Access NI check.

Desirable Skills

• Previous care experience welcomed, but not essential.
