Our client in Coleraine are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor / Manager to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract. This role will support their continuous improvement programme, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and operational efficiency are maintained across their facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the cleaning team during evening operations.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the cleaning function.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are completed to the required food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor cleaning performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with planning and co-ordinating deep cleaning activities.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and relevant industry regulations.
• provide leadership, training, and guidance to cleaning staff where required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience within a food production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to work independently and drive positive change within the team
