Project Worker 2 - Healthy, Respectful Relationships Group Work Programme
Job description

Barnardo's is seeking a dedicated Project Worker 2 to join our Healthy, Respectful Relationships Programme, working with children, young people, and families from sanctuary-seeking backgrounds across the region.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key personnel to make them aware of the service and the referral process.
- Liaise with parents to arrange an initial home visit or organise group meetings with the parents/carers of children and young people referred to the programme.
- Invite participants to complete baseline assessment again and evaluation form post intervention.
- Contribute to a report on how the service is performing against all key measures and circulate to TEO contract manager in the agreed format and at the agreed intervals.
- Contribute to a final evaluation/impact report that summarises the key findings and outcomes achieved.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Demonstrable experience of design and delivery of group work programmes with children and young people.
- Demonstrable experience of ability to engage with young people who may face barriers to access services and programmes.
- Demonstrable experience of safeguarding.
Further Information
Salary: £28,124 to £37,117 (FTE) (£11,249 - £14,846 pro rata)
