Stitcher (Sewing Machinist)
Job description
Key Responsibilities. Production Sewing: Operate industrial sewing machines (overlock, flatlock, coverstitch) to assemble garment components accurately according to technical specifications.

- Fabric Handling.
- Machine Maintenance.
- Fabric Handling: Work expertly with various sports materials and technical stretch fabrics.
- Quality Control: Inspect components before, during, and after sewing to ensure high-quality stitching, correct tension, and adherence to production standards.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, oiling, and changing needles to prevent downtime.
- Speed and Efficiency: Meet daily production targets and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including strict compliance with broken needle policies. Requirements
