Job description

We’re looking for practical, reliable and enthusiastic people to join us making our gelato. We are looking for permanent, year round staff members who are available to work between 2 and 5 shifts per week dependent on the candidate. Due to the nature of the business the role involves some evenings during July and August, and weekends throughout the year. You’ll be: Making small-batch ice cream & sorbets in our gelato lab Coming up with new flavours and displays Cleaning equipment and keeping standards high A keyholder & closing the shop when required Full training in gelato making will be provided, kitchen/baking/food experience is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is willingness to learn, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and genuine interest in the job. Creativity and an aptitude for developing new flavours is a plus!
