Job description

Our sales assistants play a key part in the success of both our Monsoon and Accessorize brands. We want to create an amazing shopping experience, combining an expert understanding of our products, and a friendly, welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Act a brand ambassador, driving store performance through exceptional customer service.
• Key responsibilities include creating engaging in-store experiences, maintaining brand standards, processing transactions, handling stock and ear piercing.
• Keyholding.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability.
• Good time management.
• Team player but able to confidently work on their own.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience.
• Visual merchandising.

Further Information

Must be fully flexible, majority of hours will be during the day but possibility of evening and weekend hours.
