Job description

To take responsibility for the site supervision of minor multi-trade building works, and small project works, including pre and post inspections, to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers.

Responsibilities

• The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders.
• Responsibility for the site supervision of minor multi-trade building works.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Sound knowledge of building maintenance services with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the maintenance and building sector.
