Budget Designer HomeWorks is expanding and is looking for experienced self-employed fitting teams to support our continued growth across Northern Ireland. We are seeking reliable, professional installers with proven experience fitting uPVC and aluminium windows, composite and uPVC doors, and conservatories. As a company with over 32 years of continuous trading, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and excellent aftercare. We are looking for fitting teams who share these high standards and take pride in delivering a first-class installation experience for every customer. All materials will be supplied for each installation, with competitive rates of pay.

Responsibilities

• Install windows, doors and conservatories to a high standard.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, respecting customers' homes and property at all times.
• Maintain excellent workmanship and ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the office, reporting any installation issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while working professionally in customers' homes.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience fitting uPVC and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent workmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Own van and professional installation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience fitting aluminium bifold and sliding doors.
• Experience carrying out remedial and warranty work.
• Experience with roof lanterns and glazed roofing systems.
• Experience fitting aluminium bifold and sliding door systems.
• Experience with roof lanterns and glazed roofing systems.
• Ability to carry out remedial adjustments and snagging to a high standard.

Further Information

The majority of installations are located within the Greater Belfast and Ards Peninsula areas, with occasional work throughout the rest of Northern Ireland.
