Catering Supervisor
Job description
The post holder will assist in the provision of Catering Services within Antrim Hospital and assist in providing these services to the highest quality possible, within budgetary requirements. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.
Responsibilities
- Allocation of work and duties to all catering staff
- Utilisation of staff, materials and equipment in as efficient a manner as possible
- Monitor HACCP and maintain and verify all records accordingly and identifying corrective action if any, file and store all appropriate paperwork
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 1 year’s industrial/commercial experience
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate/ willing to attend Level 3 Intermediate Hygiene Certificate Course
Further Information
Location: Antrim Hospital site. Salary: £24,937 - £26,598 per annum pro rata.
