Job description

The Case Officer will work as part of a regional team to provide a person-led training and rehabilitation service for adults with ABI

Responsibilities

• To work in partnership with a range of referral sources, including the Community Brain Injury Team
• To hold a caseload of ABI participants, co-producing and managing their action plan activities
• To deliver in-house specialist training and rehabilitation sessions
• To support participants to engage in a Social Enterprise project
• To source external social inclusion activities that lead to sustainable outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• RQF level 6 (e.g. bachelor’s degree) or equivalent level professional qualification AND Minimum of 1 years’ paid experience in the direct provision of education, training or support
• OR Minimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline AND Minimum of 3 paid years’ experience as above
• Proficiency in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work independently with good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
