Job description

To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to. Responsibilities

• Required to assist with cleaning tasks as required and lead by example
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous cleaning experience with team leader or supervisor experience

Desirable Skills

• Experience of cleaning in a retail or similar environment with use of floor cleaning machine
