Our client, a leading company in manufacturing high-quality, custom packaging solutions is seeking Production Operators to join their expanding team based in East Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to QMS/BRC/ISO9001:2015 as described in company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials and products.
• Handle all materials in such a way as to prevent damage, deterioration, and loss.
• Follow all cleaning procedures, daily/weekly and ‘clean as you go’ and perform line clearance when required.
• Order assembly, packing and packaging according to the customers specifications.
• Handling materials for reprocessing to the appropriate area. Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Identify non-conforming material, place in quarantine area, and identify by placing hold label on stock.
• Report all incidents.
• Have regard for their own personal safety and welfare and that of other users, adhere to company guidelines for hazard and risk analysis.
• Participate in training.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Maintain high standards of hygiene in accordance with the company hygiene policy and wear required PPE.
• Report illness and injury to management in line with company policy.
