We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Field & Production Operative. This role combines outdoor fieldwork and hands-on production tasks, requiring stamina, adaptability, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a variety of environments, performing both field and factory-based activities to ensure smooth operations. Reporting: Document activities, noting issues or improvements, and communicate regularly with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor Assignments: Carry out tasks such as inspections, equipment setup, and maintenance in outdoor environments, occasionally facing variable weather conditions.
• Manual Labor: Perform tasks like lifting, carrying, and assembling tools or materials, often requiring physical effort and precision.
• Equipment Use: Operate basic tools and machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring proper upkeep and reporting any malfunctions.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet required standards by performing basic inspections and reporting discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, especially when working in remote or uneven terrain.
