Where You'll Work The Whistlestop, Randalstown situated close to the M2 with an easy commute from Belfast, Antrim, Ballymena, Magherafelt.

Responsibilities

• You will play a valuable role at the centre of our team in supporting and caring for children and young people accessing the service.
• Your time will be spent working closely with the children, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience during their stay with us.
• Part of the role will include sleep-ins and waking night shifts, so this will be something you can embrace and bring energy to.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience of working with children and young people (does not have to be gained in a formal employment setting).
• Experience of working within safeguarding policy and procedures.
• Experience in keeping records/daily notes or contributing to formal recording
• A valid driving licence and able to drive or alternatively be able to demonstrate how you can meet the mobility requirement of the post.
