Job description

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high quality, personal support to individuals with learning disabilities in a caring day care environment. This role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible and able to respond to the changing needs of the service .We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable ,organised and committed to delivering excellent standards of care. The successful candidate must be willing to adapt to changing rota requirements and service needs. Responsibilities

• Provide personal support in a day care environment
• Assist with the development and review of care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and produce clear and professional reports.
• Support individuals in achieving personal outcomes and daily goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 years experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a caring setting.
• Registered with Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience writing care plans and reports.
• Basic food hygiene certificate level 2.
