Industrial Temps are recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client Woodland Kitchens in Rasharkin. Woodland Kitchens is a leading manufacturer of kitchen furniture, producing high-quality kitchen units and bespoke furniture solutions. As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling kitchen components, carrying out quality checks, and preparing finished products for dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kitchen units and components
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Read and follow assembly instructions
• Carry out quality checks on finished products
• Pack completed products for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and practical skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and complete training
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
