Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
• Clean down kitchen at end of service in line with health & safety standards.
• Support kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout service.
