Job description

As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver a high standard of great food while overseeing the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Working with the team to prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Following recipes to create exciting menu concepts.
• Support the Kitchen lead with implementing menu changes.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 years previous culinary experience.
• Good people & teamwork skills.
• Passion for delicious food and great customer service.

Desirable Skills

• Culinary qualification.
• Experience in a similar environment.
• Food Hygiene Certificate.
