As an Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver a high standard of great food while overseeing the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Working with the team to prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
- Following recipes to create exciting menu concepts.
- Support the Kitchen lead with implementing menu changes.
- Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
- Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum 1 years previous culinary experience.
- Good people & teamwork skills.
- Passion for delicious food and great customer service.
Desirable Skills
- Culinary qualification.
- Experience in a similar environment.
- Food Hygiene Certificate.
