As a Customer Advisor, you’re the heart of our stores. You'll offer high quality service to customers, complete operational tasks and work to add on sales targets, with a positive engaging personal, always willing to go the extra mile. Responsibilities

• Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.
• Be involved in stock movements.
• Organise deliveries.
• Support the operations of the store.
• Showcase our ‘feel great footwear’, that feels as great as it looks.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Selling skills.

Desirable Skills

• Sales experience.
• Previous retail experience.

Further Information

Work Time: We have an 12 hours over 3 day per week contract available, flexing up to 16 hours per week when required by the store, working on a rota basis to join our team the Tower Centre, Ballymena. Generally you will received 3-4 weeks advaced rotas.
