We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the culinary operations by assisting with maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth running of kitchen activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a dynamic food service environment. Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful applicant will be committed to food safety standards and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure hygiene compliance.
• Serve food to residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to create a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of working in a kitchen is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
