Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
• Support individuals in adhering to personalised care plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, following organisational procedures and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
• Ability to demonstrate a compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work flexibly within a monthly rota

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
