Job description

Agri Fix NI Ltd is looking for an experienced Agricultural & Plant Mechanic to join our busy team. The role involves carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and plant machinery both in our workshop and at customer sites. Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience, be hardworking, dependable and able to work on their own initiative. We offer competitive pay based on experience, a 40-hour working week, overtime at enhanced rates and access to a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on agricultural and plant machinery.
• Diagnose and fault-find mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Attend customer breakdowns and on-site service calls.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Use diagnostic equipment where required.
• Keep accurate job records and report any additional work required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
