Job description

The successful candidate will support the development, coordination and delivery of neighbourhood regeneration projects on behalf of the Neighbourhood Management Team (NMT). Working with local residents, community groups and partner organisations, you will help promote the economic, social, environmental and cultural regeneration of the Triax area while advancing the local regeneration strategy. Responsibilities

• Support the projects by engaging residents and partners, developing initiatives, securing funding, coordinating community programmes, monitoring outcomes, building partnerships and promoting sustainable social, economic & environmental development.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Relevant degree with 2 plus years' community development experience, or 5 years' relevant experience.
• Strong partnership, project management, communication and IT skills.
• Knowledge of regeneration & funding.
