What does the Tenders Coordinator role involve? The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will include:

Responsibilities

  • Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
  • Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
  • Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
  • Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
  • Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Qualified to at least A-Level standard.
  • Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Keen to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of the tender process.

Desirable Skills

  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience using tender portals.
  • Previous experience in an administration role

Further Information

Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 8.15am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1pm on a Friday.
