Responsibilities

• Yard stock checks and counts of materials ready for use.
• Liaising with transport organisers concerning the supplying of materials and collection of materials from depot to depot.
• Carry out and ensure yard timesheets are correctly completed.
• Managing yard personnel.
• Loading/unloading lorries to daily requirements.
• Report to Directors.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role - Yard manager/ warehouse / stock control essential.
• Strong knowledge of agri / dairy industry.
• Confident leadership skills.
• Experience in stock control / order processing / supply chain.
• Confident communication skills.
