Job description

We are seeking a part-time Phlebotomist / Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• To provide a full venepuncture and sampling service
• To have full working knowledge of blood collection tubes, forms and record accurate information on the practice system
• To measure and record patient observations including, BP, pulse, height and weight
• To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with staff and patients
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols
