Job description

We are a small business in the music industry based in Belfast. We sell physical products on various web sites such as Shopify, Amazon, Ebay and we also stream music on all digital platforms such as Spotify, Amazon Music to mention a few. We require a general IT support person to support the sales team and help generate more sales. The person will oversee the companies hardware and software requirements on a day to day basis. An excellent working knowledge of flat files such as excel is vital. Attention to detail and creating accurate data files is essential. Uploading quality listings of our products to multiple sites selling physical and digital products is a top priority. A good knowledge of graphic design and edition and creating music files would also be a priority. It is important that the person can problem solve and has the ability to learn on the job to build up their knowledge of the systems and the business.

Responsibilities

• Uploading products to the various web sites and maintaining and monitoring the stock and the listings.
• To create, configure and upload flat files and then to monitor and check.
• Take products and upload them to multiple online platforms and streaming sites.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience generating reports from the software.
• Able to work in a fast moving and dynamic business.
• Good command of English and Maths.

Desirable Skills

• Interest in music helpful but not essential.
