Due to expansion of service, we are seeking Home Care Assistants to join our team. We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. • Light meal preparation
• Companionship
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centred care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previous paid caring experience
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care

Further Information

We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.
