Job description

Carer required to support a family and established team of carers with looking after parents in their own home.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the primary carer on duty with night time and morning routines; monitoring comfort and safety throughout the night.
• Providing supper and breakfast; making sure home is kept clean and tidy.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience is not required as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work well as part of a team. Enhanced Access NI certificate will be arranged for successful candidates following interviews (telephone interview followed by in-person interview).

Further Information

Work Time: Carers usually commit to 1-3 overnights per week. Overnight hours can be 8:30pm to 8:30am or 9:30pm to 9:30am. Overnights are allocated on a monthly rota basis depending on availability of carers and business needs.
