Job description

Plan, organise, and manage the work of staff. covering staff absences (sick, holiday). assist with cleaning duties. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy. Order and distribute cleaning supplies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Handle customer complaints.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a similar Cleaning Supervisory role
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Access NI security clearance will be provided (see further information below)
