Job description

The College is seeking applications to join our Casual Worker Register for work relating to Relief Caretaker/Cleaners to provide Caretaking and Cleaning services as delegated by the Director and in accordance with practices and procedures of the College. The College are currently seeking cover in the Strabane Campus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Security of the Premises and its contents.
• Efficient operation of the boiler/heating system ensuring value for money and energy conservation.
• Clean the premises.
• Receipt and transport of stores and material and other goods that have been delivered to the building premises and their distribution to and from appropriate points of storage.
• Complete all paperwork associated with the post and writing reports when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have at least 1 years experience in a caretaker or facilities maintenance, building maintenance, cleaning, or similar role.
