Support People to Live Well in Their Own Community - Join Daisyhill in West Belfast At Daisy Hill, we provide supported living for adults living with mental ill health and complex support needs. Our goal is to help people live with dignity, feel rooted in their local community, and gain confidence through consistent, caring support. Responsibilities

• Support people in their daily routines - from meal prep and laundry to emotional wellbeing
• Deliver personal care and medication support where needed
• Promote independence through gentle encouragement and practical problem-solving
• Link people with local services, activities, and wellbeing initiatives
• Be a steady presence through both the good and challenging days

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• To be flexible as the role will involve working on a rota/shift basis in Supported Housing. Shifts will include early shifts, late shifts, night shifts, weekend and/or night cover as required to meet the needs of the scheme.
• Be educated to QCF/NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in a related subject e.g. Care and 6 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting.
• OR A minimum of 12 months paid experience supporting people within a health and social care setting.
• Have proven experience of motivating, supporting and mentoring Service Users.
• Experience of maintaining service user and agency records.
• Working knowledge of using IT systems.
