Job description

Our client is seeking a Decorator to join their Belfast Office. You will be carrying out domestic painting and wallpapering on insurance property damage claims. Working with project managers and other trades you will assist in helping customers across the Province.

Responsibilities

• Painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Tap up, preparation, filling and sanding of walls.
• Wallpaper stripping / removal.
• Hanging of embossed, vinyl, fabric & lining wallpapers.
• Colour matching.
• Internal and external work.
• Working at heights.
• Pickup and delivery of materials.
• Assist other trades when required.
• Update CRM systems.
• Record times, materials and photograph actions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Clean Driving Licence
• Experience with domestic properties.
• Experience wallpapering all types a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• CSR Card.

Desirable Skills

• Specialist coatings experience.
• Spray coating Experience.
