Job description

Our client is seeking a Plumber to join our busy Belfast office. You will be carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and bathroom fit outs on insurance property damage claims. Working with project managers and other trades you will assist in helping out customers across the Province.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix bathroom of premium bathroom suits.
• Removal off and refit of Radiators / replacement and recommissioning.
• Leak Detections.
• Moisture mapping and surveys.
• Strip out of floor and wall coverings.
• Strip out and recommissioning of standard domestic heating systems.
• Problem Solving.
• Guttering and exterior drainage replacement.
• Pick up and delivery of materials.
• Assist other trades when required.
• Update CRM systems.
• Record times, materials and photograph actions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Clean Driving License.
• NVQ level three qualified.
• Unvented cylinders and G3 qualification.
• CSR card.

Desirable Skills

• Previous Experience in premium bathroom suites.
• Gas safe qualified.
• Confident, Self-motivated and a team player.
• Able to work alone.
