Responsibilities

  • Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
  • Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
  • Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
  • Respond to queries about data, performance and other records managed by the team.
  • Help monitor and manage team inbox.
  • Organise the practical arrangements for events as directed.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C and above to include Maths and English.
  • 1 year’s relevant customer service experience in a similar role, showing clear evidence of excellent written and communication skills.
  • IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency - Intermediate.
  • The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to interact with customers.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
