Mackle Petfoods is seeking Production Operatives to join our team in Moygashel. Working on a fast-paced production and packaging line, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured and packaged to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role reports to the Shift Manager/ Production Supervisor. This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Successful candidates may be required to undertake additional tasks as reasonably requested by their supervisor or management team to support the efficient operation of the Production Department. Responsibilities

• Monitoring and operating packaging machinery to ensure consistent product quality.
• Helping the production line achieve performance and output targets.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within your work area.
• Recording product and process information accurately.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors or management.
• Reporting any non-conformances immediately.
• Following all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhering to Health and Safety requirements at all times.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reducing inefficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Have a good understanding of English.
• Are comfortable working in a controlled production environment.
• Can work on their own initiative.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Are flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
